Frequently asked questions about our wedding invitations

Do I get to check your work before I have them printed?

Yes, we will send you a digital proof to check before going to the proof. If you need corrections - no problem. One round of corrections is included in the price. Additional corrections are charged at $10 per round.

If you are paying for a custom design then unlimited rounds of corrections are included in the design fee.

How long does it take?

Once you place an order and paid the deposit, allow three working days for us to send you a proof. Assuming you are happy with the proof and no further changes are required, allow ten working days for printing and delivery from the time we receive your print payment.

Can I change the colours on the off-the-rack designs?

Yes, you can choose any colour that you like and that is printable. To see the colour chart and read more, see this page.

Do I need to order all the items at once?

No - you can order items as and when you need them. For example most people send out invites first and order table cards etc after their guests have RSVPed. If you want to add a photo to your thank you card - don't order these until after you return from your honeymoon. Even if you make multiple orders, you only pay the design fee once.

I need a second version of the invite – possible?

Yes - sometimes brides and grooms need an alternative version of the invite - perhaps they want to invite some guests to the reception dinner and others to just to the after-dinner dance. Or you may need a version in a different language. No problems if you do. There is no additional charges for this.

What cards stock can I choose?

We have two different card stocks you can choose between at no extra cost. This page has all the details.

How much does it cost?

Can I have guests’ names printed onto the invite?

Yes - mail merge technology allows us to print your guest’s name onto each invite as they are printed. You can read more about how to supply the names on this page. The price for this service is detailed on our Price List Page.

I need an element not listed in the current range.

If you need an element (like an engagement party invite or an Order of Service card)  not already listed in the current range - no worries. Just email us via the Contact Us page and explain what you need. We will make design what you need at no additional charge.

Can I see a sample?

Yes, we can post a sample to you. Order a sample from this page.

Will you supply hi res files to us so we can have our design printed elsewhere?

I'm afraid not. If you engage us to design something for you, it is on the basis that we will also do the printing.  The digital proofs that we send you are lo-resolution and, while fine for checking and proofing, are watermarked and are not suitable for hi-resolution printing.
